Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards, Renu Wellness Pep does not accept returns. All sales are final once an order has shipped.
Limited Exchange Policy
Limited exchanges may be considered only when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or visibly compromised during shipping.
Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

- Order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the product
- Description of issue
- Photo of packing slip if available
Not Eligible
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products where the seal has been broken
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong item ordered by customer
- Requests submitted after 3 days
- Products discarded before review
- Products without photo evidence
Resolution
If approved, Renu Wellness Pep may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or another resolution at its discretion.
